My client, a leading agency in the Marketing industry are looking for a Web Designer/Web Developer to join their team. Although the position will be mainly on the web development/web design side of things, it will be quite varied and will also include some IT support and graphic design. The company employ some technical staff who are at the top of their game and this position offers excellent development prospects for those wishing to learn.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious, hard working and will like the idea of a varied position. Essential requirements are:
Some experience of Web Design
Hand coding in HTML and CSS to W3C standard
Knowledge and understanding of cross-browser compliance
Experience with web technologies such as ColdFusion, , etc.
SQL/database management experience.
Experience with graphic design packages e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Photo Shop Pro etc.
A genuine interest in IT
Naturally creative in approach, keen personal interest in design
Any and Flash/JQuery experience would be desirable but not essential.
