I am looking for a Website Manager to join a leading consumer business within the leisure industry. Based in North Yorkshire, this is a brand new position within the team which will allow you the opportunity to make a real impact on the online activity of this exciting business. Based in fantastic headquarters with a great vibe and atmosphere across the office, this really is a superb opportunity!
As Website Manager, you will have a broad set of responsibilities. Working with the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for site functionality, specifications, production and implementation of development plans across the multiple websites. You will work as part of a team that will see you manage 2 people across web optimisation and web content. You will be in charge of web merchandising for each different site, in order to maximise user experience and profitability. You will also be involved in the development of UX and CRO across all sites.
What We're Looking For:
This role calls for someone with a proven track record within an ecommerce environment, with experience managing web content and web development projects. You must understand the importance of optimising website functionality and the customer journey, and how to implement this. You should be a proficient user of Google analytics and have a very strong analytical mind-set. An understanding of UX and CRO is also of interest but not essential. They are a real team over there as well so it's important to be able to function as part of a wider group.
