The ideal candidate will have experience of working with analytics/Adwords software and be able to carry out comprehensive conversion rate analysis and ROI tracking for multiple brand Pay Per Click accounts. The ideal candidate would have:  - Strong relevant experience as a PPC Manager - Experience as a Google Adwords Specialist; ideally Adwords qualified, and or Google Analytics Qualified and or Microsoft® adCenter accredited. - Ability to write search ad copy and optimise through A/B testing - Experience in managing large scale performance based PPC campaigns on Adwords and Bing platforms - Experience of managing large scale display campaigns either through Google or other networks - Experience in gathering insights from multiple data sources and making informed decisions to improve performance of search campaigns   Some responsibilities:  - Coordinating and managing marketing campaigns on Google Adwords and Bing Ads Accelerate PPC Marketing using analytical and creative skills. - Develop and exploit relationship with Google account management to help propose new acquisition channels and test structures - Utilising strong analytical skills to gain high quality score and improve PPC Campaigns - Track and update traffic patterns through PPC or cost per click, as well as daily Adwords management - Manage daily spend budget - Conduct keyword analysis by industry, business, and trends - Develop and constantly refine keyword list and write ad creative - Keyword competitor analysis - Recommend changes to landing pages to improve conversion rate - Manage Google Retargeting Campaigns - Regular monitoring of banner ad performance on retargeting campaigns - Liaison with international colleagues to share best practice and to benchmark local vs group performance trends - Take advantage of channels like YouTube in-stream and in-search to support direct activity and brand awareness   Key Competencies:  - Able to proactively manage own time and priorities to deliver business goals - Attention to detail and ability to focus full attention on bid management - Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight   Company Culture  If you want to be part of their success story then you need to be able to push yourself and your colleagues to go the extra mile and deliver excellence in every aspect of the business.
