Job Description

Our client is a well respected full service marketing communications agency in the centre of Leicester. They work with a diverse and exciting range of clients operating in a multitude of sectors and offer a broad range of services including marketing strategy, graphic design and copywriting, website design, programming and optimisation, multimedia and viral marketing, direct mail, direct response, event, seminar and exhibition planning and management, specialist media planning and buying.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Account Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be the first point of contact between the client and agency. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects, on budget and on time whilst ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards in terms of accuracy and fulfilling the brief.

The successful candidate will have proven agency experience, be confident managing creative marketing campaigns and have excellent project management skills. You will also possess strong communication skills and be highly organised and able to plan. You will be a diligent, professional with the ability to work under pressure whilst delivering the highest level of customer service. You will also have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal staff and suppliers.
