You will play a critical role in helping the agency achieve its long term vision by delivering a strong and effective client service function across a number of key client accounts.
The role has 3 areas of focus:
1.Client development
2.Business development support
3.Project and account management
Firstly, we will set clear goals and targets for the long term development of key clients and accounts through the development of strategic account plans. You will focus on defining and implementing these account plans, working with the team to grow the value and profitability of clients over the long term.
Secondly, you will support the business development team in developing strategic proposals for new business opportunities, and support presentations for key accounts where required.
Finally, on a day to day basis you will build strong relationships with existing and new clients. You will be responsible for the management, and smooth running, of key accounts on a project by project basis. You will liaise effectively with creative teams and ensure that client satisfaction is maintained.
We envisage the role being split approximately 30% client development, 20% business development support and 50% hands on project and account management.
The opportunity exists for the right candidate to develop this role to a senior management team level, and to build their own client services team over a 12-24 month timeframe.
Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
*You have several years experience working in either project or account management positions in top 100 UK creative agencies
*You are a senior account manager/project manager level with the ambition to develop your career in a dynamic forward thinking agency environment
*You have a deep understanding of branding, marketing, digital and creative services
*You have worked with a diverse range of brands and have built long term client relationships at a senior level
*You are personable and can work with a mix of teams and personalities both internally and externally
*You are an excellent communicator and negotiator
*You have a track record of developing profitable accounts with high profile clients
