Job Description

This Production Director role will see the successful candidate taking full commercial responsibility for cost control throughout the creative and production process and will oversee all traffic management on campaigns that will cover everything from TV through to press and print. You will streamline processes and will be responsible for a team of over twenty. Candidates will need to demonstrate a track record of delivery in a similar role and will have experience of managing a large team. This role requires a candidate who is prepared to lead from the front and who has the ability to gain respect through their significant agency experience. Organised, efficient and team focused are all a must and these attributes will all be required to really do justice to this senior opportunity.
