A direct marketing agency who puts customer intelligence at the heart of everything they do, are looking for a Campaign Planner to join the team.
The role of the Campaign Planner is a key position in ensuring the future success of the business. Working on a multi award-winning account, the agency's biggest client, you will work with a Senior Planner and Account Management Team to build engaging and powerful campaigns that deliver across the digital and direct spectrum.
Some of the responsibilities will be:
Work with the Senior Planner to create structured and detailed plans with measurable results across all channels
Use past results to forecast KPI's including return on investment
Work with Senior Planner to devise integrated contact strategies that encompass offline, online and social media to optimise each touch point
Develop test plans for all campaigns to generate maximum learning for future planning
Analyse campaign results identifying trends and offering insights and conclusions
Implement findings in future campaigns as wel as making recommendations on future strategies
Work with Account Management and Data teams to ensure correct data selections are made for campaigns
For this role you will need:
Demonstrable campaign planning experience, preferably with experience of direct and digital marketing
Ability to work on multiple projects ensuring delivery on time/budget
Ability to evaluate, understand and intepret data, segmentation and creative test results
