Based in the London offices of this global agency, you will be working on a B2B account for one of the UK's leading telecoms providers, as well as a big name energy client. As Account Director you will be responsible for panning and implementing CRM and direct marketing programmes, with key responsibilities to include:
*Managing day-to-day relationship and operations with clients
*Planning and implementing key CRM initiatives
*Proactively optimising current programmes and identifying new business opportunities
*Directly managing an Account Manager and interface with an integrated team of Strategists, Producers, Creative on key projects
For a chance to be considered for this excellent Account Director role, it is essential that you possess the following:
*Already working at Account Director level
*A love of B2B marketing
*Telecoms, IT, IT services and/or network provider experience is a MUST
*Some experience of the energy market is deal but not a must have
*Interactive experience directing and implementing CRM, direct response and digital programmes
