You will be required to Coordinate all e-marketing and communication projects including graphic design, web development, SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing initiatives. Work with the Sales and Marketing Departments across multiples sites internationally to carry out pre-defined interactive strategies for communication and lead generation online.
Together with the UK Director, develop brand strategy for consistency and optimal effect on customers. You will be a team-player who is goal oriented, extremely detailed and able to work on multiple projects, while considering deadlines and budget restrictions. You will be a forward-thinker who is extremely creative and thinks outside of the box, which brings new and fresh ideas to the table, and executes them.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of website best practices
- Knowledge of graphic design best practices, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Dreamweaver, Flash
- Eye for modern design and brand development with experience in developing branding materials, promotional and informational print materials, collateral, email marketing templates
- Ability to carry out email marketing schedule and strategy based on objectives laid out by the Sales Director
- Design promotional/informational email marketing pieces using HTML, CSS, etc. that are consistent with our brand message/strategy
- Carry out social media schedule and strategy based on objectives laid out by Sales Director Carry out online marketing initiatives meant to facilitate lead generation, including but not limited to
relevant to industry directories, forums, blogs and social media channels. Qualify and report leads to the Sales Director for use by the Sales Team
- Knowledge of and/or experience with a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) required
- Be able to provide recommendations, and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics that assist in achieving the companies organisational goals
Experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, mass communications, graphic design, computer and information sciences or related field 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communications or position of similar responsibilities. 2+ years in interactive marketing preferred
