Denholm's client is a market leading retail business with a long standing reputation for delivering excellence.  The client's marketing strategy is increasingly focusing on the digital arena, and a vacancy has now become available for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Executive.

This is an exciting and varied role, supporting the existing PR and Digital teams by taking ownership of - and managing - the Social Media strategy across all platforms.  It is essential that you fully understand and appreciate the role social media has to play in the wider digital marketing arena, as you will be responsible for taking the lead on Social Media Marketing across a portfolio of brands.  Your exceptional copywriting and project management skills and boundless creativity will allow you to deliver engaging content, and your proven ability to communicate with end-users through multiple social media channels will enable you to liaise effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring that the reputation of the business is preserved online at all times.

This role represents an amazing opportunity for a PR, Marketing or Media Graduate or equivalent with proven commercial experience behind them, along with a track record of running successful social media campaigns that achieved tangible, measurable results.  The successful candidate will be someone with a real passion for all things digital, who enjoys working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.  You will also have a deep understanding of engaging with customers online, and know exactly how to approach online customer service issues, as well as how to encourage dialogue through devising innovative promotions and offers.
