You will have a proven track record of planning and running email marketing campaigns and you've got a good working knowledge of HTML.
As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving, implementing and improving our email strategies.
You will achieve this through maximising product offerings for existing customers and increasing the amount of repeat customers from the existing customer database. You will decrease the amount of unsubscribed customers and enhance the overall customer experience by using your excellent communication, marketing technology skills.
You will be working closely with the database and digital marketing teams
Your duties will include:
Implement and manage e-marketing programmes whilst working to strict deadlines
Target emails to multiple key segments within the customer base
Build and deploy email campaigns via our email platform Profusion'
Integrating e-marketing with web platform and Social Media
Identify email marketing opportunities to ensure database growth and relevant communications
Resolve email delivery and other issues, improving email design, use best practice and optimise customer experience
Testing of emails, maximising of inbox deliverability and minimising unsubscribe rates
Presenting analytical findings and progress to Marketing Manager
The ideal Email Marketing Executive will possess the following attributes/skills
On-line email marketing experience
