Account Co-ordinator - As the Account Co-ordinator you will be a very key person in the agency…you will be the first point of contact for lots of clients, mainly by telephone to start with, although there could be face-to-face contact later on.
In this role you will be working as an integral part of the Account Handling / Client Services team, to provide an efficient administration service to the agency’s clients.
You will constantly liaise with other administrators, the studio, creative teams, account managers, account directors and finance.
Day to day duties will include:-
1. Booking media space in local press, national press, magazines, web advertising etc
2. Talking to clients
3. Liaising with the design team, organising proofs and amends, and getting sign off from clients
4. Managing deadlines – in fact you will be juggling lots of deadlines at one time
5. Lots of phone work and general administration
Experience required:
Experience of working in an adverting / recruitment advertising agency in an administrative role or excellent customer facing experience in a commercial environment. Organisation and coordination are key! Or even some marketing general experience.
