Superb opportunities exist for 2 seasoned Account Directors to join one of the regions leading creative agencies. You've got a first-class proven track record of formulating complex marketing plans for a range of large blue chip clients ideally within the Financial Services or Non Profit sector. Man management experience is critical coupled with having a comprehensive and expert knowledge of Direct Marketing.
The role will involve taking overall responsibility for the strategic and creative development of designated accounts and support on other accounts as required. A key focus will be on promoting the agency's culture, producing financial forecasts on a regular basis and being proactive in maintaining and expanding Direct Marketing knowledge and expertise. The development, appraisal and training of the account team is another significant part of the role.
