My client is a leading full service agency in Manchester with an impressive portfolio of clients and an outstanding reputation for staff retention and development, currently seeking a Group Account Director with proven expertise in delivering results for some of the UK's leading brands. As a Group Account Director, you will lead from the front, managing a small team of account handlers, ensuring development of both staff and clients. You will be involved in motivating, leading and inspiring a team of account handlers, as well as evaluating profitability and planning resources. You will need to have a strong strategic background and be a natural business developer with clients as new business pitches are essential to the role. You must have previous agency experience, and get a kick out of creating work that will deliver creative innovation and return on investment for the agencies high profile clients.
