Our client is one of the worlds best known suppliers of high quality computer hardware and services direct to the B2C and B2B sectors. They are leaders in the supply of tailor made solutions to business and private clients direct, enabling customers to receive latest technology products specifically suited to their needs

 

On behalf of our client we are currently seeking a skilled Product Manager to help set direction, coordinate with business management, and drive the appropriate executive-level engagements on behalf of the business

 

The Role

• Tracking industry technology developments and understanding implications to future server product planning decisions.
• Working with customers and regional sales teams to evaluate the viability of high level product concepts.
• Assessing opportunities and competitive offerings to determine how best to define product requirements to enhance customer experience.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and represent the unique enterprise needs for the candidates home geographical market. 
• Able to direct, and occasionally execute, market research and product research.
• Direct data mining efforts. 
• Asses viability of future technology requirements.   
• Maintain relationships with regional sales segments and marketing teams.

 

The Person

• Advanced knowledge of computing hardware industry technologies.
• An understanding of technical product concepts.
• Experience of gathering customer needs through direct customer interactions. 
• Strong organization skills, including the ability to form cross-functional project teams
