This is a fantasic opportunity to join an award winning agency based in Berkshire. My client is integrated but with a focus on digital and experiential marketing. This role is working within the digital client services team and reporting to the account director and you will have the scope and autonomy to have an impact on one of the worls's largest automotive brands..
You will be responsible for managing the day-today delivery of digital campaigns, ensuring that work is strategically correct, on budget and on time.
The Candidate
Graduate calibre individual with a minimum of 3 (4 for SAM level) years agency experience with at least 2 years working on digital campaigns (web, email, online advertising) Good understanding of digital creative/production processes Confident, ambitious and energetic with initiative and a persuasive manner Innovative, creative and comfortable with idea generation Self-motivated, well presented Highly organised, ability to work to deadlines and a stickler for detail
Responsibilities
Handle a number of new and existing accounts, developing solid business relationships with clients through regular and pro-active contact
Determine how best the clients business objectives can be met
Brief all relevant parties within the agency clearly and succinctly on whats needed Write copy platforms (for a copywriter) and write copy themselves
Present creative work and plans to client, including costs involved (understanding cost rationales)
Manage the production process, turning ideas into reality and ensuring deadlines are met
Monitor progress of campaigns and make recommendations for modifications where appropriate
Monitor competitor activity and report internally and to client
Manage the workload and development of Account Executives
Report to, and liaise closely with the Account Director
