Group Account Director position with this major Loyalty Programme and Incentives organisation, based in SW London. You will be joining an organisation which enjoys a global reach, heading up and overseeing several EMEA based accounts including Retail, Travel, Leisure, Publishing and Technology. You will be managing a sizeable headcount and will be fully P&L responsible.
Most likely working at Group Account Director or Senior Account Director level within a marketing agency or within a similar position client side, you will have possess an in-depth knowledge of the application, management and delivery of customer loyalty programmes. You are a strategic thinker, able to identify and delegate key initiatives for account growth and will be comfortable supporting the company's new business pitching programme. Client liaison skills at a senior level are an absolute must as is a talent for motivating and leading a team.
