Position: Marketing Programmes Manager
Location: West Byfleet near Woking, Surrey
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday per annum, contributing pension scheme

Our client is a market leader in providing ecommerce and EPOS software solutions and services to small and medium sized businesses.
ROLE:
Due to an internal move our client is now seeking a Marketing Programmes Manager to assist in driving continued growth by developing and implementing marketing plans. This key role plays an important part in the company's ongoing commercial activities. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant marketing experience looking to step up into an autonomous and innovative role. As lead specialist marketer in the company there is the potential to progress to marketing management position in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Developing and implementing lead generation and brand marketing activities in support of the ongoing sales and marketing strategy
b) Implementing and co-ordinating activities across the full marketing mix including direct marketing, advertising, PR, promotional activities, events and telemarketing activities
c) Manage marketing activity to an agreed budget and measuring success against spending
d) Driving development and implementation of demand generation marketing programmes
e) Manage website content and sales/marketing collateral including content creation and print production.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Commercially oriented with demonstrable skills in creating, implementing and managing lead generation programs
b) 3+ years experience in implementing marketing initiatives
c) Thorough understanding of the marketing mix particularly online/e-marketing/direct marketing techniques and associated campaigns/programs.
d) Experience of list acquisition, database development and contact management software.
e) Ability to develop appropriate marketing plans with measurement, reporting and ROI.
f) Self motivated with a hands-on approach and experience of working as part of an extended team with minimal supervision
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Marketing experience within the software or services sector of the IT industry
b) Degree level qualification in Marketing/Business
