Marketing Manager

My client is an independent, fast growing and progressive management consultancy who work with global blue-chip organisations. They believe in placing people firmly at the centre of corporate change by linking a psychological approach to a deep understanding of their clients' business. Currently they operate with a very well respected team of industry leading consultants, project managers and developers who have a superior commitment to long-term partnerships.
A unique opportunity has arisen due to growth for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join this exceptional company. The role is fundamental to increasing the Company's market share and achieving their ambitious business targets internationally. The role will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing and will have sole responsibility for the design, delivery and ongoing measurement of the marketing strategy. You will work closely with sales and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign development across Europe and the USA
Designing and implementing events internationally
Market analysis and customer retention management
Developing and designing innovation marketing collateral to align with the company's business development strategies
Managing PR and marketing supplier relationships effectively and efficiently
Develop best commercial practices for respective brands regarding innovation, positioning, product, placement, price, copy, media, packaging, promotion
Active participation in the development and implementation of best practices across the organisation
Manage projects to improve understanding and identify consumer insights
Develop, prioritise and lead all marketing initiatives for the respective clients
Day to day management of all brand related innovation and new business initiative projects
About you:
International presence and experience
Strong and broad marketing background preferably within an organisation which has undergone rapid growth.
Proven success in a transferable industry such as professional services, preferably in the consultancy sector (HR consultancy being the ideal)
A formal marketing qualification
An autonomous self starter with the tenacity to succeed.
