Account Manager
£24-30k +car allowance, laptop, pension

A marketing communications and technology specialist is currently seeking a proactive Account Manager to join their highly competent and experienced Client Services team. Overseeing the development and production of agency jobs, they will manage operational and financial elements and liaise with clients and team-members daily. As the Account Managers are the key representatives for the agency when with clients, they must embody a confident, smart and knowledgeable image at all times.
You will be dealing with and responsible for:
ˇTaking total control of all work for your clients and ensuring it progresses on time and exceeds expectations.
ˇEnsuring all administration systems run efficiently.
ˇConfidently build relationships with clients.
ˇMaintain, review and improve if necessary, all operation procedures.
ˇBeing aware of client's marketing activity and that of their competition
ˇDeveloping campaign plans
ˇDeveloping creative briefs
ˇSeeking out profit and new sales opportunities
ˇParticipating in client presentations
The ideal candidate will be demonstrably adaptable, quality focused, proactive and be able to thrive when working collaboratively or independently. It is essential that you have strong analysis / problem assessment, negotiation and organisational skills. You must have a proven track record of account management in a similar integrated agency background.
