Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Director ready to take the next step up in their career. This fabulous agency is small in size but international in client base working across a plethora of sectors and disciplines from brand identity, rollout to marcoms and on-line solutions.

You will be a self motivated, well presented individual who is currently involved in the strategic direction of accounts and be comfortable with reporting into the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Overseeing account management, being able to develop and
grow the team.
-Be able to spot when there is a need to recruit
-Lead client's on projects, able to advise and consult with them on a strategic level
-Briefing the creative team and ensuring the brief is met
-Being able to organise and run projects efficiently on time and budget whilst spotting opportunities with clients
-Presenting to clients and managing the entire process
-building rapport and nurture key accounts with clients

You will be required to mentor others and ensure all projects are completed successfully. You will act as a key driver and be instrumental in helping to shape this agency. Working closely with the MD and Creative Director the scope for this role is endless!
