Reporting into the Head of Marketing, your role will be to support the achievement of company lead generation targets through a series of marketing initiatives to include telemarketing, database management, campaigns and events attendance.The successful Marketing Communications Executive will have the opportunity to become part of an extremely motivated and enthusiastic team and responsibilities will incorporate the full marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering a planned programme of marketing activity in line with business
targets. Activities to include telemarketing, marketing campaigns, events and referrals
* Responsible for achieving 'suspect' lead generation targets as directed
* Support the delivery of a programme of events which generates suspect
leads in terms of event attendance, event promotion, event bookings and
logistics across the UK
* Conduct all campaign management activities using Sales Force to ensure
suspect leads are recorded and campaign evaluation is completed at all times
* Ensure that all communications adopts the correct look, feel and tone of
language specific to the reader
* Writing and proofreading copy
* Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers,
Colleagues and suppliers to heighten the awareness of the company
* Liaison and effective management of external agencies to achieve project
timescales
* Support the whole of the Marketing Team on any other activities as and
when required by the Head of Marketing.
The Person
Essential
* The ideal Marketing Communications Executive will have a minimum 12 months relevant marketing experience, in particular of direct marketing activities
* Experience of lead generation activities and achieving objectives
* Experience in customer communication activities
* Experience of Sales (web address removed)
* Experience in using all Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop and
e-marketing software packages.
Desirable
* Experience in organising and attending events
Qualifications
* 7 GCSE's Inc English or Maths at a grade C or above
* Working towards or obtained CIM Diploma in Marketing or higher
* Full valid UK driving licence
