Our client is a leading name in the UK Digital Communications field and have been growing at a rapid rate of knots over the recent years. They are now looking to recruit a high calibre Account Director due to expansion and client acquisition.
The role of account director is a highly important one that requires considerable experience and a wide range of skills.
You will ultimately be responsible for the client relationship with the business and the delivery of client budgets and plans. You will play the key role in developing both new and existing business and for monitoring and reporting all client facing service and delivery issues.
They are the lead in the client relationship and responsible for the contractual and continuing client selection of agency services.
They will manage Account Managers and will liaise with both Producers and Project Managers in the successful delivery and servicing of all client work flow.
