This law firm is unrivalled in scale and depth of legal expertise across the Americas, Asia and Europe. They are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their Tax, Pensions and Employment practice, supporting and advising the partners on business development strategy and activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Developing, preparing and implementing practice area, client and product business plans
· Targeting and driving client-focus and business development activities
· Advising and coaching partners on bids, tenders and reputation-building activities

Requirements:

· Ideally degree qualified with considerable business development and marketing experience gained from within a professional services environment

· A proactive and "can do" attitude with the ability to work on own initiative

· Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels
