Our Client is a leading talent acquisition and job board network who have recently acquired two niche career websites which are well established within the USA but not elsewhere; the overall brief of the Online Marketing Manager / Head of Online Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager will be to execute a marketing strategy to attract and maximize site traffic from Consumers and acquire & retain Clients throughout the EMEA & APAC Regions.
Key responsibilities for the Online Marketing Manager / Head of Online Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager will be to:
*Execute regional strategy to cover acquisition, retention, brand awareness, PR & market research
*Execute Client (B2B) and Candidate (B2C) marketing campaigns
*Measure campaign performance
*Quarterly budget planning
*Analyse new market and sector opportunities (geographic and industry)
*Manage marketing agencies as and where appropriate
*Implement an effective SEO & PPC strategy
The Online Marketing Manager / Head of Online Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager must have significant experience for an online proposition or portal, preferably a start-up, and have a stable career history with proven success.
