A leading global provider of management system certification, verification and training are looking for a Marketing CRM Officer to join them. Their unique business assurance approach focuses on helping clients reduce risk and improve performance through their operations.
The purpose of the role is to provide database marketing support to the UK Sales & Marketing department by conducting data acquisition, profiling, analysis and hygiene functions as directed by the Senior Marketing Officer.
Some of the main responsibilities:
Data hygiene - maintaining current, accurate details of clients and prospects
Data Acquisition - Perform and manage data acquisition for lead and competitor client identification
Profiling - Maintenance of (web address removed) to 'Find the Gaps' in client and prospect data, understand behaviours and role types by applying data matching techniques and co-ordinating telemarketing requirements
Segmentation: Segment client and prospect data by identifying different levels of target groups that allows messages to be tailored to suit a target market
Anlaysis - Provide insight to enable effective and informed decisions on segmentation analysis to help develop predictive models, which forecast the propensity of client behaviours to support the direct marketing function
Budget Management
You will have:
a proven track record in successful database management
Proficient in the use of Microsoft software - extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, along with an understanding of Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports
