To be an Account Director in this agency, you MUST have:
A track record of strategic direct marketing
Agency experience - integrated and direct marketing
Ambition and passion about response driven marketing activity
Experience of looking after a major national client account
Team management and leadership skills
Exemplary knowledge of direct marketing tactical campaign delivery
In addition you will have a collaborative personal style; excellent creative briefing and judgement, sound brand awareness and an analytical business apporach. You will be an expert in buildng customer relationships and strive to always deliver exceptional client service.
