The Opportunity:
At Zurich Marketing is at the heart of UK General Insurance growth agenda and as a result several opportunities exist for forward thinking commercial and creative marketers to join our recently aligned marketing team. Currently an opportunity exists for a Small Business Executive to join our successful Direct and Partnerships Marketing team in Fareham.
About you:
As Small Business Executive you will be focused on the development and implementation of small business direct marketing initiatives. This will involve working with various areas of Zurich’s UK General Insurance business. You will contribute to the strategic direction of small business direct alongside marketing, underwriting, finance and operations. As such proven relationship building and stakeholder management experience is essential. The role is responsible for the delivery of tactical activities that support strategy and business targets; defining and delivering initiatives that achieve the business marketing plan to an agreed budget, coordinating activities with key business areas to deliver financial objectives; continuous analysis of overall business performance data and monitoring of cost and process efficiencies.
Successful applicants will be of graduate calibre, have proven experience in delivering effective business results, experience in the development and delivery of complex business projects, Experience of planning and cost management and Detailed knowledge of marketing processes, in particular insight, analysis/evaluation and planning. Due to the interactive nature of the role strong communication skills both verbal and written is essential
