To support continued growth within the business my client is seeking to recruit an eMarketing Campaign Manager to work with the European Marketing Communications Manager on the planning and delivery of all email marketing campaigns.
As part of the marketing communications team, you will be responsible for designing innovative, targeted direct email marketing campaigns appealing to our valued retained customers.
You will possess:
Strong project management and planning skills, with ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A solid understanding of online marketing techniques, customer marketing and effective online and offline conversion methods.
Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills and experience, with responsibility, for driving/owning strategies and plans as well as measuring and reporting success.
Outstanding written and oral communications skills and be equally effective in both formal and informal settings.
The ability to be a team player, effectively interacting with employees at all levels and across global regions. You must be a self-starter with proven, solid attention to detail and consistent follow-up and follow-through capabilities.
Educated to degree level in a marketing/business related subject, and/or IDM/CIM qualified, you will have solid experience in direct B2B marketing with recent experience in email DM campaigns. Additional skills in customer retention/loyalty strategies would be advantageous, as well as strong analytical skills & a motivated & enthusiastic approach.
