This is a new strategic role responsible for planning CRM programmes & delivering these across the business.
You will: Champion the development of Contact Strategy and integrated communication programmes across the company Identify, document and communicate best practice for contact strategy/CRM/email across the business Drive commercial & consumer revenues via the email channel Integrate email with other channels wherever possible to maximise mutual value for consumers and for the company Always protect the interests of our brands (e.g. protect sender reputation & deliverability) and uphold brand values. · Keeping up to date with advancements in CRM practices and ensure the group is at the cutting edge with email. · Managing a CRM executive
