Job Description

Our client is a leader in interactive marketing services and is looking to recruit an Email Campaign / Account Manager to be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of client e-mail campaigns. As a part of the account management team, the Digital Account Manager will assist clients in defining their e-marketing strategy, designing client e-marketing programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs. This will involve the creation of digital messaging, reporting and analytics to track performance across multiple marketing channels and working with their industry leading ASP-based digital marketing application. 

You will work predominately using Alterian and so experience using Alterian is necessary.   

As well as managing the email campaigns you will also be managing key accounts so you should have excellent account management experience. You should be able to talk with clients about all aspects of email marketing - an understanding of other forms of online marketing would be beneficial.
