Job Description

Our client is an exceptional marketing consultancy agency who require a Marketing Director to join their thriving business as soon as possible to add depth to their expansion strategy.  This is a high profile role that will impact on agency profitability.  You will have a considerable budget to manage and responsibility for the business development function. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of marketing within an agency or strong B2B marketing within marketing services.  You are versatile, ambitious and authoritative with the ability to own and build this function.  This is a very hands-on role and requires someone with the aptitude and capability to contribute at both strategic and tactical levels.

Key skills:

-        Budgetary management experience

-        Successful sales and business development support program experience

-        Experience of creative and highly effective B2B campaigns

-        Proven experience of targeting senior marketers and senior business decision makers via diverse media

-        Highly successful CRM and digital marketing experience

-        Demonstrable communications planning and agency management across PR, advertising, event management, sponsorship and ambient

-        Team management experience

-        Degree educated in marketing

Responsibilities:

-        You will develop the corporate brand strategy and evolution across all channels

-        Build brand fame' in the UK and other markets

-        Manage full marketing budget

-        Performance reporting to management team

-        Campaign planning using various channels

-        Development and execution of digital strategy

-        Development and promotion of new services and propositions

-        Data and CRM management

-        Management of support agencies

-        Management of business development function and staff

-        Design and management of the client experience

-        Content production

-        Competitor analysis

-        Partner management
