Marketing Manager for International Conference Co - London
Salary: £28 - £32K Basic + £7K Bonus + Excellent Benefits OTE £39,000
Our client a Leading International Media Company based in the West End of London is looking to recruit an ambitious Conference Marketing Manager to take a complete bottom-line responsibility for creating marketing plans for the company’s conferences. This position will report to the Marketing Director for the UK office.
The candidate will have at least 1-2 year’s recent Direct Marketing experience with in B2B Publishing, Conferences or Exhibitions along with an excellent ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Forging strategic marketing partnerships with associations, publications and research organisations
Creating innovative marketing plans utilizing direct mail, Internet, e-mail, fax
Writing copy for marketing letters and promotional materials
Detailed response analysis
Conducting list research and selection
Creating budgets
Querying of internal databases and database build
Working closely with other internal departments such as telesales, sponsorship sales, customer service and conference production
Working with list brokers, DP houses, printers, mail houses and other vendors
