A mailing house in Swindon are looking for a Document Developer Manager. The purpose of this role is to manage the document systems team, insuring the accurate and timely delivery of one-off and repeat jobs which meet:
- technical requirements documented by the account manager
- practical considerations of the laser department
- scheduling and budgetary constraints

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- to act as quality control for briefs
- to act as technical lead for escalations for the Document Systems team
- Utilising your experience in the following systems:
DOC1, PCE, XMPIE, Qlingo, Cygnus, Pearl, Winbatch, VBScript, NT Script
- deliver jobs using the above software when cannot be delegated
- provide proactive and creative issue resolution

In order to secure this role you will have experience of the above systems, data management and direct mail.
