Job Description
You have worked at account director level for at least two years preferably handling b2b accounts. You are familiar with immersing yourself in a client's business area and maintaining an overview on the business world as a whole to ensure you can contextualise matters to the best advantage. Likewise you can balance the demands of running a project team whilst considering the overall requirements of the agency. You may already work in the East of England or are working in London and keen to leave the smog behind for a superior work/life balance whilst maintaining a career in a challenging environment.
This role requires you to provide a professional and consistent service to the clients in fitting with the fundamental drive and culture of the agency. You will need to be aware of opportunities in various sectors whilst taking care to make sure these don't infringe of the interests of the agency's current clients. Team leadership is a must, as is a high degree of computer literacy.
