Our client who is a rapidly expanding Marketing and PR Agency in Berkshire is currently seeking a strategic marketing professional with creative planning experience to join their company. This role will involve setting up a new team. You will have previous experience ideally gained agency side, and have experience in pitching for new business. The Account Director ensures service and creative excellence. You are responsible for strategic development of the accounts, financial management, people training, management and development plus new business. You will demonstrate commercial acumen, excellent presentation skills, an ability to make an impact on the bottom line and add value at a senior level.
