MARKETING EXECUTIVE - £25,000 plus excellent benefits
This is a fabulous opportunity for a degree educated person to join a forward thinking and evolving company. This role is exciting and challenging and will open many doors for the right person.Overall Purpose of RolePromote career options to educational environments. - Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholder groups including: careers advisers, heads of departments and key stakeholders in target schools/universities, ensuring prominence on campus.
- Organise and attend events on campus careers fairs, networking and presentation sessions, skills sessions and business games, etc.
- Work cross department and with regions and district societies to run key activities in target schools/universities.
- To ensure the company is represented at national events that target appropriate markets, efficiently and effectively.
- To produce appropriate and relevant copy for websites, promotional literature, fliers, advertising and monthly comms emails to relevant audiences to support activity.
- Continuously research the university and student market to report on key trends, analysing the effects or impact this has on marketing activities and communications.
- Work with recruiters/authorised training organisations to assist them with their recruitment marketing, ensuring activities meet their requirements and channel high calibre students to apply for training contracts.
- Establishes effective relationships with external and internal clients and gains their trust and respect.
- Demonstrate an understanding of clients needs and priorities.
- Responds to and follows up on routine or standard requests from clients/stakeholders accurately and promptly.
- Take ownership to ensure the needs of clients and internal stakeholders are met, involving others as appropriate.

QualificationsExperience- Ideally experience in marketing or event management preferably within the recruitment or education sector.
- Well organised, efficient, confident and a team player.
- A high standard of written English and the ability to write creatively is essential.
- The ability to present to large groups of people, clearly and concisely is prerequisite.

- Excellent presentation skills (essential) ability to present to groups of 50+
- Good IT skills including Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and manage a variety of different projects simultaneously
- There will be a requirement to travel within the UK (with overnight stays away), so need to be flexible to meet the level of event activity required in this role. Predominant travel to the SOUTH EAST region with a client base of approximately 10 -15.
