Description:
This entry-level role trains with a team of trained affiliate marketers to help contribute to achieving KPIs for their assigned language markets (primarily in Europe). This team member will work under close supervision with the goal of mastering routine assignments, company policies and procedures and best practices.
The Account Manager’s main task is to constantly acquire the job skills and knowledge required to handle more responsibility in terms of revenue, number of webmasters and level of webmaster.
Ideal candidates will have experience specifically with online marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Execute online campaigns in cooperation with webmasters as instructed by Sr. Partner Account Manager
• Be attentive to webmasters needs and solicit feedback which may help strengthen their affiliate program offering
• Train and achieve sufficiency with:
• Online marketing execution and troubleshooting
• Weekly status updates and reporting on KPI’s in general
• How to recruit new webmasters
• How to profitably manage individual webmaster relationships
• Execute other projects for the success of the overall affiliate program. This could include:
• Keeping the brand blog for your assigned language market up to date and appealing to players
• Executing webmaster promotions such as contests or sweepstakes
• Contributing to regular webmaster newsletters and emails
• Report bugs and recommend improvements for the affiliate systems
• Traffic the banner ad needs to the creative team for production
Additional responsibilities as required
Requirements:
• BA/BS Degree
• 0-3 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience
• Must be NATIVE speaker of Dutch and be fluent in English
Ideal candidates will also have:
• 1 year of online marketing experience or understanding of online marketing through sales or business development role
