With a thirty year pedigree this market leading IT services organisation is undergoing major transformation and change. As part of this, a new £100million turnover S.M.E. business unit has been created. With a new Marketing Director delivering a better structured and sales led marketing capability, they are now seeking to bring fresh talent into the Marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be key to driving the transformation of all client facing marketing activity.
The Role:
• Planning and implementing innovative marketing programs to generate sales growth increasing overall profitability.
• Drawing upon a broad mix of marketing capabilities design tailored communications and marketing programs that captivate the target audience.
• Market research and analysis of the competitor landscape to identify emerging market opportunities for a portfolio of services.
• Align marketing with the overall growth strategy and needs of the sales function.
The Candidate:
• Marketing professional highly experienced in all aspects of B2B direct marketing.
• Record of delivering high ROI marketing programs within the IT Services market.
• Strong communicator able to work collaboratively with sales and other business functions.
• Engaging and highly commercial will have exceptional interpersonal communications skills and be unafraid to challenge pre-existing practices to deliver success.
This is a role that will be suited to someone that is comfortable working with a high level of responsibility and autonomy. A desire to work in a flexible continually changing environment is essential.
