About the Client
A fantastic opportunity for a Qualitative Research Director to join a growing global company covering all stages of brand building - working from the early expletory consumer and brand strategy through to comms strategy and creative development.
About the Role
This is a senior and highly significant role including considerable independent responsibility for budget, new business development, people management and long-term client handling. There are 4 distinct components to the role:
§ Leading clients and account direction: Strategic role focusing of directing and developing a number of key clients and being the epicenter of the client relationship.
§ New business and marketing: The Research Director will often be the first point of contact for briefs, write a large number of high quality proposals, and regularly pitch for new accounts. You will also play an active role in creating fame for the business through writing papers, running client events and contributing to marketing initiatives.
§ People: You will play an active role in growing and developing the team through your line management and training.
§ Business management: To develop a plan for each of your clients and set and annual budget for your group. You will ensure that this is monitored and you are on track by ensuring every opportunity and potential for development is explored.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a hands on experienced Qualitative Research Director with experience dealing with creative projects, hands on qualitative experience, and a passion for brands and advertising.
