The business is recruiting a leader in digital marketing to take its brands to the next level.

Working with the Head of Marketing Services, you will develop the digital strategy for 2009 and beyond. Youll then work with the European marketing team, country teams and supporting agencies to make the strategy an objective reality.

Youll create and implement programmes to market both b2c and b2b product brands and services. Youll continue to grow Castrols digital platforms across Europe. You will pioneer digital innovation especially in the web 2.0 space and with Castrols Fifa World Cup sponsorship.

You are a brand-led marketer with a proven track record of driving digital programmes across a European audience. You have experience of building digital business cases and marketing communication plans. You can manage agency networks; technology suppliers and lean teams to deliver powerful programmes. You will also be able to demonstrate success in a matrix organisation through strong influencing skills.
