Working in a leadership role for a market leading Financial Services organisation, you will develop the customer insight and analysis capabilities within marketing to represent the customer perspective to provide the businesses, channels and functions with the analysis and insights that they need to build sustainable and profitable customer relationships

MAIN TASK

• Develop and deliver customer focussed propositions, including brand development, product launches, and customer experience improvements using the capabilities of Customer Insights and Analysis.

• Promote customer relationship enhancing initiatives and work with products, functions and channels to deliver these initiatives

• Lead and develop a team of 15 research and analysis specialists

• Ensure cross functional working with research and analysis in solving business issues

• Manage a budget of c. £2m and ensure value for money for £4mn work placed with external agencies on behalf of other areas

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to identify and understand customer behaviours and needs from large amounts of research and data

• Strong understanding of business implications gained in a commercial/retail/new industry, business consultancy or planning environment.

• Significant experience of working with senior management to influence strategic decisions using customer insight and analysis

• A good understanding of financial services marketing and CRM strategies, both UK and internationally
