Head of Internal Communications
Midlands / Permanent / £65,000-70,000k + Benefits ASAP / 11338

Heading up the UK Internal Communications working for one of the UKs largest leading service vendors offering the most comprehensive service/solutions to millions customers both business and retail across the UK. They now seek a talented communications professional to develop, implement and lead the Internal Communications Strategy across the UK Group.

THE OPPORTUNITY

To take full responsibility of the UK Internal Communications Strategy, operating at Board level within a £Multibillion global business.

You will take responsibility for ensuring smooth delivery and success of the full communications to across the group, working closely with internal teams to deliver hybrid projects through the full life cycle.

 

Basic responsibilities listed:-

• Develop and implement the Group Strategy for Corporate internal Communications across the UK

• Oversee the co-ordination of all internal Communication activities within the Group

• Lead and direct the re-build of the Group Intranet site (Strategy, Implementation, Communication and Change management), and ongoing improvements post launch

• Manage key stakeholder management during the implementation of the new internal Communications Strategy and ensure its sustainability

• Direct budget responsibility

• Support key brand objectives.

• Delivery key business objectives

• Communicate fully at board level.

THE PERSON

As an individual you will have the ability to lead, develop and structure compelling communications and lead a large team combined with a hands-on, results driven attitude. You will be a driven, successful, bright Senior Marketing professional with a passion for delivering best practice in every project that you deliver.
