Marketing & Sales Manager - Berkshire - £27-£30k + 10% bonus + bens - 6months initially
Job description:
Our Client is looking for a commercially orientated Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team to focus on and grow their business for a particular product line across a wide range of channels and customers within the ?gifting? market. This organisation operates within a £5Bn market with an enviable reputation and reach within it?s sector.
The responsibilities:
Develop new and effective sales and marketing tactics to increase sales in the Promotions & Incentives/corporate markets and current customer outlets.
To identify and execute new strategies to increase awareness in the wider gifting market.
To identify and execute effective strategies for reaching younger consumers (18-35).
To liaise with the National and Regional Account Managers and strategic partners to optimise sales and marketing opportunities
To develop further the range of products. This includes,
Brand management
Production and distribution of product, point of sale (POS) and marketing materials
Budgetary responsibility
Agency and supplier management
You must have:
Demonstrable experience of developing sales and marketing strategies that ensure delivery of business objectives.
Experience of managing revenue and expenditure budgets.
Skills in agency and supplier management.
Experience of web site management. Experience of developing social media campaigns an advantage.
Able to take the initiative and manage multiple marketing initiatives concurrently.
Minimum five years previous marketing and sales experience ideally including experience of retail sales promotions, and exposure to brand management.
Graduate or of graduate calibre
Sales and/or marketing qualifications advantageous.
Full UK driving Licence.
