Fantastic opportunity. My client is looking for an Account Manager to be based on-site with the client, who is automotive, to work on incentive, performance and improvement programmes. This role will give you the perfect balance of in-house and agency experience.

The agency has a fantastic rapport with the client and has been working with them for some time now and growing the account. You will be involved with implementing the 12 month programme for the remainder of the year and then involved with the plan for the following 12 months. Ideally you will have some background within the incentives sector, however this is certainly not essential. You do need good account management skills, be confident and a strong relationship builder with some agency background.
