Job Description

This stunning venue in Buckinghamshire is looking for the right person to develop and manage it completely. You will be an experienced event organiser with a strong business development background. The owner of this delightful period venue is looking for a General Manager who will design and implement the marketing strategy, take the venue to the corporate, wedding and live event market and oversee the operations side of running a venue.

Initially you will be working alone with some admin support but as the venue develops your team will expand.

This will suit an ambitious self-starter who can lend their hands to all aspects of venue management as well as drive the sales of the venue forward.

A strong commission structure is in place for the successful candidate.
