Our client is a market leader in a wide range of core products and services into the construction markets. The business are currently seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager. This is a strategic and operational role reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director and based at the UK HQ in Cheshire.
The key components of the role include:
Prepare and gain agreement to the Marketing Communications Plan.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Development and usage of marketing communications tools such as literature production, website, PR, direct marketing, trade exhibitions and promotional material. Maintenance and development of the customer database.
Maintenance of market statistics and the provision of advice and recommendations based on the data. Market forecasting.
Management of marketing agencies and PR agency.
The successful individual will have a proven track record in Marketing and PR Management in a industrial supply and manufacturing environemnt ideally Building Materials and be an outstanding communicator in all formats. Very good numeric, statistical and electronic technology skills are essential.
