The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to manage the Marketing Department of our client. You will be responsible for the whole marketing mix of this successful Technology Distributor and will manage a small team.
Your key responsibilities will be:
To effectively manage marketing communications and programmes to ensure that market share, sales and revenue targets are achieved
Manage updates and new designs of company websites
Ensuring update of product descriptions on web
Creating and implementing marketing plans
Create and implement customer contact plan and referral programme and work with resellers to ensure creation of targeted marketing material
Produce professional sales materials
Ensure relevant company branding is consistent across all communications
Evaluate opportunities for Trade shows and Exhibitions
Ensure social media is used effectively and consistently
Ensure CRM is kept up to date and appropriate market analysis is undertaken
Salary circa £40k p.a. negotiable
Yours skills, qualities and achievements
You will be an experienced marketer with a track record of implementing successful marketing plans and ensuring ROI. You will have good communication skills both written and verbal. You will obviously have excellent interpersonal skills, be approachable, self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure. Your experience should also include data analysis, research and marketing communications as well as use of social media and the internet including achieving results from company websites.
Your experience will ideally be with technology (AV, IT or Telecoms)organisations where products change on a frequent basis and staying one step ahead is vital.
