An opportunity has arisen to work for a leading logistics organisation as a Direct Marketing Manager.
You will report in to the Direct Marketing and Advertising Manager and the overall purpose of the role will be to manage the direct mail channel customers and all aspects of direct marketing.
 
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the direct mail channel within the allocated budget ensuring revenue targets are met
- Manage the segmentation of the DM customer base
- Through DM and customer base analysis identify customers that can be passed as leads to telesales
- Implementing methods to ensure that customers are satisfied by their contact method i.e. direct mail, telephone or email
- Co-ordinate a monthly mailer plan to focus on particular customer segments and new and existing customers.
- Ensure strong relationships with internal employees, stakeholders and external agencies.
- Campaign analysis of all direct mail activity
- Propose and implement any changes needed to current processes You will need to have experience working in a direct marketing background and be proficient in Microsoft Access.
