Main Responsibilities and Objectives:
Support the other members of the marketing team, helping them to implement the marketing strategies for our products and covering all EMEA countries. Particularly the delivery of marketing communications around product launches and trade exhibitions.
Co-ordination with sales and marketing ensuring the smooth execution of the EMEA trade shows the company participates in and tracking materials used in trade shows.
The marketing executive fulfils sales/service requests for brochures and other sales materials and co-ordinates external mailings to distributors such as marketing and sales releases, price book updates etc.
You will also be responsible for the maintenance and up keep of the web content, liaising with US offices whenever necessary.
Other responsibilities include:
1. Maintenance of the sales tools and marketing collateral
2. Maintain and periodically report on the marketing budget
3. Complete the EMEA policy deployment package
4. Co-ordination of internal (sales/service) and external (distributors/magazines) mailings for press releases liaise with US as necessary
5. Development and maintenance of content and communication for the EMEA websites
6. Provide periodic and as needed sales analysis to support market research
7. Liaise with third party marketing suppliers and distributors
8. Additional tasks as required by the marketing department
Success metrics:
Quality and timely execution of assigned projects, particularly trade shows
Quality of sales analysis reports
Up to date-ness of EMEA extranet and web content
